If dry weather, the hat of the mushroom meadow mushroom fades to light brown or cream color; if it is moist, mushroom becomes sticky.
It has the shape of a hemisphere with a small central tubercle, which eventually changes to a little convex or almost prostrate.
The edges are uneven and scarred, almost transparent, paler than the center.
